Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the coaching sessions, and how many sessions are included?

The package has a total of 8 sessions and begins with a 60-minute deep dive session with 45-minute sessions weekly or biweekly depending on your preference.

Can we talk between sessions?

Yes! You will have ongoing access to me between your sessions. I am here for you!

Where is the coaching sessions held?

 Sessions are held via Google Meet and after each session, the notes will be sent to your email. 

How do I know if this is right for me?

This is why I offer a free Kindled Kickstart Call with each person prior to commitment. If I am not a good fit for you, I will let you know. I want to make sure you get exactly what you need AND that I can get you there.

How long do I have to use my coaching sessions? 

You should use at least 2 sessions per month. You have 4 months to use all your sessions once purchased. Don't worry we will remind you!

Are you covered by insurance?

Not at this time, but that is something I am working toward.

What if my sessions overlap when I am traveling?

I am flexible and understand life happens! We will work around it to make sure you set before you leave and for you to return.

When will I see my results?

Results vary, but many clients experience positive changes within a few weeks. Consistency and behavior change are key!
